Job Responsibilities
Regional Manager for the Sydney area, Australia (currently required to be based locally).
Familiar with the local market, responsible for assisting with sales operations in Sydney (may require travel to other cities in Australia), managing distributors, conducting offline promotional activities, visiting clients, maintaining customer relationships, handling customer complaints, etc.
Preference will be given to local candidates or those holding local permanent residency or working visas.
Main Duties
Assist in implementing the local sales plan in Sydney and ensure the achievement of local sales targets.
Conduct sales activities to expand sales channels and acquire new customer information.
Maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer complaints to uphold the company’s image and reputation.
Write sales reports to summarize sales performance and provide decision-making support for the company.
Collaborate with other departments to complete sales-related tasks.
Job Requirements
Fluent in English, strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience in the sales industry, with a preference for candidates who have successfully completed sales projects.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with a team-oriented spirit.
Proficient in sales techniques and market methods, with strong market sensitivity.
